Terms of service

Services are provided under a written proposal and/or booking agreement. Key terms include scope of services, timelines, payment schedule, and supplier engagement. All proposals form part of the contract once accepted by the client.

Agreement document

Payments & GST

Prices quoted include GST where applicable. Invoices are payable as set out in the booking agreement. We accept bank transfer and card payments via secure processor.

Third-party vendors

We coordinate with suppliers; contracts with third parties remain between client and supplier unless otherwise specified.

Australian Consumer Law & refunds

Consumer rights are protected by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Where services are not delivered with due care and skill, or are not fit for purpose, remedies may apply including repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

Cancellation by client: fees apply according to the stage of engagement. Certain supplier deposits may be non-refundable. Refund assessments are made in line with the contract and ACL. We aim to be fair and transparent when resolving refund requests.

Refunds process

Except as provided by mandatory consumer protection laws, our liability for breach of contract or negligence is limited to direct loss up to the total fees paid for the affected services. We disclaim liability for indirect or consequential loss to the extent permitted by law.

Quotes are valid for the stated period. Changes to scope or supplier costs may result in variation requests which require client approval.

Privacy, data handling & cookies

Personal information is handled as set out in our Privacy Policy. We collect only what is necessary to provide services and to comply with legal obligations. For details about access, correction, and complaint processes, see Privacy Policy.
